Returns Policy

We’re pleased to refund any item purchased online if returned within 28 days of your receipt of the parcel. This policy doesn’t affect your statutory rights.

Returns from Ireland

Customers returning from Ireland can use the free returns labels. Please generate a trackable returns label, print it off and attach to your parcel.

Returns from other EU countries

To request a refund for all countries please access the returns portal here.

All refunds are processed on receipt of the return and will be at the same exchange rate as your original order.

We are unable to accept returns of items to Dune stores or concessions in any country.

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your returned item(s). You can track your return using the tracking number provided on your proof of postage receipt.

Terms

• For efficient processing of returns, ensure the product is unworn or unmarked, with the box in a saleable condition. Where possible, use the original packaging to return the item to us.
• Before returning items to our warehouse, complete the returns paperwork that arrived with your purchase, detach and include in your parcel.
• For hygiene reasons, earrings and face masks cannot be returned online or in store.
