Competition Terms and Conditions for XL Deliberate Tan Bag Giveaway

  1. By participating in the Instagram competition, you will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”).
  2. This competition is run by Dune Group Limited (registered company number 02127866) with registered office at 4th Floor, the White Building, 11 Evesham Street, London W11 4AJ.
  3. To participate in this competition, entrants must 1) follow Dune and on Instagram at @dune_london 2) like the relevant post and 3) comment tagging a friend you think would love to win this bag too
  4. This promotion excludes employees of the Promoter.
  5. There will be one winner who will be selected by a random name generator, who have fulfilled the criteria in clause 3 above.
  6. Entries will be accepted between 6:00am on the 21st October 2024 to 23:59pm on 27th of October 2024. Any entries made after 27th of October 23:59am will not be included in the draw.
  7. The “Competition Prize” consists of 1) One XL Deliberate bag in Tan
  8. This prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part. Dune reserves the right to substitute another item, in its sole discretion of equal or higher value.
  9. The prize may not be returned or exchanged.
  10. The winner will be announced on the competition IG post and have 7 days to claim their prize from the date that they are announced as a winner. By failing to claim your prize within this time, Dune reserves the right to select a new winner. Upon claiming the “Competition Prize” you will need to provide your email address, contact phone number and home address as instructed at the time of being announced as our winner. Further details will then be provided by Dune London as to how you claim your prize.
  11. Dune’s decisions regarding any aspect of the competition are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  12. We reserve the right to exclude any entries which we believe to be inappropriate, fraudulent or based on misconduct.
  13. No purchase is necessary, however you will need an internet connection and access to Instagram. No refund may be claimed for expenses incurred in participating in the promotion, including in relation to the use of the internet. The promoter does not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, damaged, or delayed. For example, as a result of network, system development, computer or telecommunications failures or fault of any kind – including any hardware, programming code, databases or software used in the promotion.
